- Standard orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
- Customised and bulk corporate gifting orders may require additional production time depending on quantity and design requirements.
- Customers will be informed of estimated delivery timelines during order confirmation.
Shipping Coverage
Corgifting provides delivery services across India. For international shipping enquiries, customers may contact us directly to discuss availability and shipping arrangements.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Customers are advised to place festive and seasonal bulk orders well in advance.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the quotation or checkout process.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package, incorrect product, or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photographs and order details to our customer support team. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Corgifting shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

- Courier service delays
- Strikes, labour disputes, or public holidays
In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended without liability.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including recipient name, company name (if applicable), full address, city, state, PIN code, and mobile number. Corgifting is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
